This reads like a news report of unarmed Russian bomber using electronics system to shutdown U.S. Donald Cook destroyer equipped with the most recent Aegis Combat system rendering the ship a “defenseless floating coffin”..LewRockwell.com report.
The question becomes: What is so new with Boeling’s “CHAMP”? As an American citizen I would like to know.
