Sourav Karmakar

Sourav Karmakar is a Roboticist and a Research Scholar from IIIT HYDERABAD, CEO of Infinos Tech, and he has given various talks internationally such as TEDx Talk, FAiL Talk (MIT, USA), Motivational Sessions, Space-Talks, etc.
 
His vision is to research and develop Soft Robots for medical and aerospace applications.
 
His Startup (Infinos Tech LLP) is into Sustainable, Smart, Eco-friendly Container for Agri /Food/ Bio/Pharma Product Delivery with remote app-based Dual Temperature Control.
 
One of his research products is an Assistive Wearable Exoskeleton Robot for walking or human body movement for the elderly, physically challenged populations and the army.
 
He is the Indian Chapter Chair of Space Renaissance International to grow awareness about STEM/Space. He mentored NASA SpaceApps Challenge in Italy and participated in various international projects. He was an Evaluator for Smart India Hackathon 22 and XART Fellow23.
 
He was a Product consultant for Vaave and other startups. He worked as Guest Faculty for Oxford College of Engineering and an Advisor for Sustainable India, Lifeboat Foundation USA, Space Career & Leadership Germany, etc. Also, he is a Mentor for SGAC-UN, Keystone International School,, BYST, Atal Innovation Mission-NITI Ayog, etc. He is a coauthor and illustrator of the book Blow the Winds Southerly.
