Tom Meredith,
MBA is Founder of P2P Cash.
P2P Cash is working with partners to create and propagate mobile banking
standards to enable 3 billion consumers worldwide to access low cost
financial services via their cellphones.
Tom is a technology finance/VC specialist with broad experience in all
aspects of
a technology start-up. He has particular expertise in telecommunications
(VoIP, wireless) and financial services with emphasis on international
funds transfer and mortgage/credit automation.
With support from the World Bank, he is expanding a worldwide network of
Trusted Agents as described in Gates Foundation white
paper.
This Trusted Agent Network (TAN) provides the Cash in/Cash out functions
required for a “Branch-less Banking” solution.
Tom was previously Consultant at Pay by Touch, Founder at
Internet Strategy Partners, Founder and Chairman at
Internet Gaming, Founder and President at VoxLink,
and Institutional Equity Research Sales at Prudential Equitable
Securities.
Tom earned his BSME in Mechanical Engineering at
Stanford University in 1978.
He earned his MBA in Entrepreneurial Finance at Harvard Business School
in 1985.
