Maria Entraigues Abramson

Maria Entraigues Abramson was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She is half Italian, half Spanish, and an American citizen. She came to the US for the first time after being granted a scholarship to study at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. She’s been established in sunny Los Angeles for the past 19 years.

She is a singer-composer, science and technology advocate, private pilot, and air and space devotee. She is a cogent thinker, radical change believer, virtuoso, and public relater. She is fervidly creative and a go-getter.

Part of Maria’s focus in life is facilitating Radical Exponential Change, supporting disruptive technologies that will help/impact the world. She focuses on the challenges to find the solutions rather than on the problems.

In her music career, she’s been lucky to have toured the world as a singer, recording countless hours of professional studio sessions and composing for movies and TV. Some of the people she’s worked with are George Duke, David Foster, Ricky Martin, Lalo Schifrin, Maurice Jarre, Jeff Rona, Eikichi Yazawa, Alejandro Lerner, Woody Allen, Perry Ferrell, Alejandro Sanz, Jean Michel-Byron, Brett Ratner, Alfonso Arau, Pepe Aguilar, Cecilia Noël, and Colin Hay, among many others.

Maria was the appointed Cultural Attache to the Consulate General of Argentina in Los Angeles (2009–2012).

She currently works in Global Outreach for the SENS Research Foundation cofounded by Dr. Aubrey de Grey. One of her strongest interests is to radically extend our health through new biotechnologies and regenerative medicine applied to aging, so that aging doesn’t mean getting sick.
