Katherine F. Parramore, HCS, STTA is Senior Managing Partner, TDR. She is also Senior Consultant & Instructor at DoS/INL/IPET and Consultant at Department of State Antiterrorism Assistance Program.
 
Kate is a certified human capital strategist (HCS) and a USG/International performance management executive. She is 2002/3 Winner of “Top 100 Training Organizations in America”, 2003 Winner of the ASTD “BEST” Award, and has a record of double & triple digit increases in program participation, performance results, and revenue.
 
Her professional (technical) background includes specific knowledge, expertise and quantifiable accomplishments in human capital assessments and measurements, as well as organizational development/effectiveness (OD/OE) strategies and interventions. She is a specialist in designing/building award-winning learning and performance functions from the ground up; extensive program marketing, with measurement and evaluative experience.
 
As a seasoned business executive, Kate has had P&L responsibilities for portfolios ranging from $600k to 3M. TDR works exclusively in the areas of development, growth, and turnaround of programs and people. Sectors include international, Federal, State and local governments, associations/nonprofits, and private industry.
 
Her specialties include: OE audits and operational restructuring of programs/people for organizational stabilization and growth. She is an expert in educational program design and delivery, marketing and branding of educational enterprises and their products, evaluation of program content, and delivery and outcomes.
