Rebolledo-Mendez, Ph.D. is Postdoc Associate at the University of
Louisville, USA.
Jovan’s objective is to create, optimize, and provide quality,

specifically in applied AI and machine learning; also, to develop IT
knowledge and solutions,
contributing to the fast-paced development of technology and the global
society, anticipating

Jovan earned his BE in Computer Information for Management, Software
Methodologies at Universidad Veracruzana, Mexico in 1998. He earned
his MOT in Engineering, Management and his M.S. in Engineering and
Computer Science, Information Systems at Kanazawa University, Japan in
2006. He earned his Ph.D. in Engineering and Computer Science at
Kanazawa University in 2009. He also graduated from Singularity
University in 2009.
He speaks Spanish, English, French, and Japanese.
