Jenny (Morawska-Ahearn) Morawska, MSc, MBA is CEO of Morawska Group. She is also Director of Research Australia and of Queensland Mind and Neuroscience Institute.
 
The Morawska Group provides sustainable business solutions for a diverse range of clients. They are providers of long-term, transformational change. As President and CEO, Jenny has extensive experience in executive leadership and management. Her experience has been gained in various executive roles in a number of large complex domestic and international organizations, in multiple industries, and in both private and public sectors. Jenny specializes in moving organizations through difficult times to optimize business performance, inspiring stakeholders to leverage opportunities and to live the organisation’s vision.
 
Jenny has served as Chief Executive Officer, Research Infrastructure Support Services Limited; Non Executive Director NAPCAN Foundation (National Association for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect); General Manager, People and Performance, Westpac Banking Corporation, Australasia; Deputy Secretary, Commonwealth Departments of Finance, Industry, Science and Resources; Director, Ernst and Young; and Executive Director, Price Waterhouse.
 
She is advisor to the Swedish Foreign Ministry and the Folke Bernadotte Academy, Sweden, and advisor to the United Nations General Assembly regarding the establishment of dialogues for peace.
 
She is member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, member of the Advisory Board International Management Institute Doctor of Business Leadership, past secretary of the Australasian Evaluation Society, and past Executive Council Member of the Australian Institute of Management Consultants.
 
Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts (Sciences), a Graduate Diploma in Education, a Graduate Diploma in Science, a Masters of Science and a Masters of Business Administration.
