Hakan Ozkasikci, MSc is Conceptual Design Manager at Sinpas Real Estate Investment Company in Turkey.
 
Hakan’s experience encompasses a wide scope of international architectural and managerial practice for the last 17 years. His international experience took form by serving projects in Turkey, Kazakhstan, Seychelles, Croatia, Montenegro, and the relative management and coordination activities were carried out in South Africa, Indonesia, Singapore, and the United States.
 
Having been active mainly within the hospitality industry and high-end residential sector serving as a designer, design manager and project manager, his experience required him to take significant roles in projects of different scales.

• Architectural and interior design
• FF&E spec lists and matrices preparation
• Production and maintenance of design deliverable programs
• Management of the design process from pre planning through to construction
• Guidance and advice on design and package implications during pre construction phase and upon build ability issues

• Maintaining the design brief within cost restraints
• Risk assessment and risk management
• Legislative compliance
• Management of multidisciplinary teams both internally and externally via cross discipline coordination from inception through to completion

His specialties include architecture, hospitality interior design, sustainable design, hospitality and high-end residential design, and design management.
 
Hakan earned his BSc in Architecture at Mimar Sinan Güzel Sanatlar University in 2001 and his MSc in Architecture at Mimar Sinan Güzel Sanatlar University in 2004 with the thesis “Ecology In High-Tech and Vernacular Architectural Design: A Transformation Analysis”.
