Guy J. Ale, Founder and President of Lifespan Seminar, is a global authority on optimizing lifespan potential.
 
Guy is a sought after keynote speaker, workshop leader, and coach. He is regularly invited to present his pioneering research and findings at international conferences on psychology and consciousness. Guy holds an Honorary Doctorate from Young Scientists University “in recognition of his findings and contributions made so far to the field of human lifespan”. The said findings and contributions are detailed in his book, A Manual for Mastering Your Life which is a handy toolkit for dealing competently with everyday scenarios, such as stress management, personal/professional balance, good nutrition, sufficient rest, and active lifestyle.
 
Guy has lived in four countries on three continents and speaks four languages. He was born into a Jewish family, lived in a Muslim country as a child, and in predominantly Christian societies as an adult. This eclectic personal experience has inspired him to combine the ancient wisdom of Eastern philosophies with the latest discoveries of Western-led science to establish a holistic system of mind/body/spirit that helps individuals to be the best version of themselves at every age.
 
In 1985, he graduated Beth Zvi, the Academy for the Arts of Stage and Cinema, in Israel, where he acquired several psychosomatic disciplines, among them Alexander Technique, Tai Chi, and the Ring Muscles, the network of muscles through the human body which control the fundamental functions of existence. He has been practicing the Ring Muscles routines daily for the past 28 years.
 
Guy is a member of the International High IQ Society, and serves as a Senior Faculty Member at the Departments of Psychology at Young Scientists University, and Business School of the Americas.
 
He serves as Vice President of Asia Pacific Association of Psychology. He is a Goodwill Ambassador of Sri Lanka — United Nations Friendship Organization. He authored It is in our DNA to sense how long we can live.
