Dr. Gillian Adendorff

Gillian Adendorff, Ph.D. is Principal Architect and Owner at Adendorff Architects & Interiors and Director at Club Travel Port Elizabeth.
 
The architectural practice of Adendorff Architects & Interiors was initially established in 1992. The practice has been involved in projects though out South African and aboard. The practice was established with a view to design excellence in all building forms. On each project the sustainability for the purpose and space efficiency is complemented by the recognition for the longevity of the materials and there long term economic viability.
 
Gillian was previously Architect at Stauch Vorster Architects Port Elizabeth and Design Lecturer at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.
 
Gillian earned her B.Arch in Architecture at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in 1988 and her Ph.D. with the thesis Possible Futures for the African Built Environment Towards 2050 at the Department of Construction Management, Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in 2014.
