G. Christom Larsin

G. Christom Larsin is the Founder and President of the Washington Company, a diversified corporate strategy and business development firm based in Washington, DC. The Washington Company works with a select group of innovative growth companies and pioneering CEOs to create value for their enterprises by leveraging the unique resources that exist in our nation’s capital.
 
Washington Company clients and partners span a range of industry sectors, from information and defense technologies, to global energy resources and international development. The Washington Company works closely with other professional firms and strategic relationships in Washington, DC and across the globe to access resources and craft solutions to problems that may not be readily apparent or lie within the confines or capacities of a single professional firm.
 
Chris has over 20 years of business experience in Washington, DC, and was formerly a Vice President of Advanced Government Strategies, LLC and the Charter Companies. Previously, he was also a Director of Political Market Analysis and Redistricting Analysis at the Republican National Committee, where he advised party leadership and the White House on campaign and redistricting strategies.
 
Chris has served as minority-owner and advisor to several companies, including: Centron Coatings, Inc. and Technical Coatings Industries, Inc., both specialty paint manufacturers; Industry Networks, Inc. and Enterra Solutions, Inc., both global supply chain management companies; and also AmTech Sp. Z o.o., a developer of residential and commercial properties in Poland and the UK.
 
He is also the Cofounder and President of Citizens Helping Heroes. (CHH), a Washington, DC-based non-partisan 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to supporting wounded warriors and our military families. Amongst other events, CHH created and has hosted the Heroes Red, White & Blue Presidential Inaugural Ball in 2005, 2009, and 2012, as well as other similar events to honor and entertain wounded warriors from Walter Reed and families of the fallen. Performing artists have included Lynyrd Skynyrd, Trace Adkins, and Journey.
 
Chris is also a Cofounder and Board member of RARE, the Association for Rare Earth Minerals, a nonprofit association dedicated to insuring the future supply of rare earth metals and other strategic resource for the U.S. and global industry.
 
He earned his B.A. in American Studies from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, and has also done graduate finance work at Johns Hopkins University in Washington, DC.
