Dr. Florence H-Jennings

Florence H-Jennings, Ph.D., GDR, MSoSc, MSc is Cofounder and Chief Scientist at Detalytics.
 
At Detalytics they want to understand, not guess, how people are doing in their jobs. Technological and computational advances now allow us to apply the same data-driven approach to people management as we do to other complex reflexive systems. Detalytics believes in intelligent, objective, and relevant human resource management and optimization. They bring forth an era of evidence-driven intelligence to human capital management.
 
Florence was previously Research Consultant and Advisor Human Wearables Sensors and Health at the Sensor-Enhanced Social Media laboratory at the National University of Singapore. She was also Program Manager at the YLL School of Medicine, National University of Singapore.
 
Florence earned her Master of Science in Economics at Université de Sherbrooke in 1991. She earned her Master of Social Sciences at the University of South Australia in 2006 and her Ph.D. in Physicians’ health, health system research at the University of South Australia in 2010. She completed the Exponential Medicine Future Med Program at Singularity University in 2013.
