Etienne Thillaye du Boullay, J.D., M.A. is Professor of Labor Law and Tax Law at the National Education Ministry.
 
His specialties include policy analysis, risk assessment, business forecast, socioeconomics, and technology watchfulness.
 
Etienne earned his Master Degree in “Small and Medium Enterprise, Microfinance and Development” at the University of Nancy, France in 2010. He earned his Master Degree in “Law systems compared in Europe” at UdG (Universitat de Girona), Spain in 2008. He earned his Master Degree in “Law systems compared in Europe” at UCL (University College of London), UK in 2007. He earned his Law Degree at Paul Cézanne University, Aix-Marseille, France in 2006.
 
His mother language is French, he has very good knowledge of English and Spanish, and intermediate level knowledge of Portuguese.
