Colt Lafreniere is the Founder of Global Acquisition Partners, Chief Investment Officer at Cord Grass Holding, and Advisory Board Member at AdvisoryCloud.

Global Acquisition Partners was founded in 2018 and since then they have been working on solving environmental, social, and government issues. They are a mergers and acquisitions company that originates and structures opportunities for buy-side private equity firms by providing Consulting, Investing, Sourcing, IPO, and Fundraising.

Since 2021, Colt has been Chief Investment Officer at Cord Grass Holdings. They are a London-based investment group focused on consumer, leisure, and healthcare.

Until February 2022, Colt was Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist at the Unity Group. They are an investment and advisory firm that is pioneering the Agglomeration model to create investment and growth opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises and investors alike.

Agglomeration is a type of cooperative IPO. A group of SMEs from similar or adjacent industries join forces to list publicly on a global exchange and then grow further through organic and inorganic activities.

Previously, Colt was Joint Venture Partner at the Alliance Group from 2020 until the end of 2021. The Alliance Group is a Mergers and Acquisitions firm, specializing in investing in, acquiring & growing SMEs in the US, UK, and the Caribbean.

From 2014 to 2021, Colt was a Real Estate Investor for a Private Company.

Colt earned his Technical Degree in 2012 from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2012. In 2010, he graduated as Master Warrant Officer in the Military and Strategic Leadership from the Royal Canadian Army Cadets. In 2020 and due in 2024, Colt enrolled in the Bachelor of Business Administration program at the University of the People.
