Brittinay Lenhart, M.A.
Brittinay Lenhart, M.A. is Program Integration Manager for Mission Support and Test Services, Coach and Trainer for the Resilience-Building Leader Program in Las Vegas, Nevada, and a veteran from the United States Air Force.
Brittinay worked for over eight years for the United States Air Force (USAF) in Omaha, Nebraska where she was a part of the USAF Flight Crew for the Secretary of Defense. While there, she was among others, a FTAC Instructor, Security in Operation Iraqi Freedom, Trainer and Technical Writer, and Department of Defense and Department of State visa and passport agent. Brittinay was also an Operational Test Propulsion Specialist, working on the F117, F22, and F35 among others.
In 2014, she continued her experience at Pratt & Whitney as F35 and F22 Propulsion Manager in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her roles included Site Standup Team for Norway, ALIS Integration Team, Configuration Management, and Maintenance Scheduling. She was also a Data Analyst and P&W Eagle Award Winner.
In January 2018, Brittinay became the Program Planning and Propulsion Manager at Bigelow Aerospace, where she worked on Risk Assessment and Mitigation, NASA Contracts and was part of Change Management.
In November of 2018, she became a Coach at the Resilience-Building Leader Program and the Senior Project Manager at Nevada National Security Site.
Brittinay earned her Master’s degree of Arts in Organizational Leadership in 2018 and her BA from Organizational Management in 2014 from Ashford University.
Previously, while working at the USAF, she attended the Community College of the Air Force, where she earned Associate of Arts in Aviation Operations in 2013, working on the E4-B “Doomsday” plane for the Secretary of Defense. In 2009, she earned her Associate of Arts in Aviation Maintenance working as Fighter Mechanic for engines on the F-117, F-22, and F-35.
In 2019, Brittinay is attending The Chicago School of Professional Psychology pursuing her Industrial/Organizational Psychology Graduate Certificate.
She is also a Certified Project Master at the Institute of Project Management and a Six Sigma Green Belt holder from Management and Strategy Institute
