Custom Collider is a specialized high level media, distribution, and content consultation business for consumer facing companies including lifestyle closed gardens such as health and wellness, Action Sports, Re- Branding/Launching companies that need to catch up to the current digital models, as well as general digital distribution for retail/E Commerce. They have access to the top talent and executives in almost every creative and infotainment business.
 
Aaron has a stellar 16-year career as a founder, entrepreneur, pioneer, innovator, CEO, producer, talent manager, and a growth focused strategic executive. His focus has been in value creation in the content business: online music, major studios, independent financing, foreign monetization, streaming services/rights, live events, TV, talent, internet, mobile, gaming (casual and console) and ecommerce. This includes top reality projects/hosts. It also includes the first ever equity deals for his clients as part of compensation as well as VC and P/E negotiations. He has M&A experience including being part of acquiring the PONY Apparel Brand and MetaCafe.
 
He ran a $100 million P&L as well as several $25 million to $50 million P&L projects. He has always recruited and trained his own staff into industry leaders. He created a new ARPU model for platform churn, network effects, and retention. He managed, partnered, or promoted an impressive roster of award-winning clients including Linkin Park, Big Boi, Enrique Iglesias, Kelly Rowland, Forest Whitaker, Paul Walker, Jeremy Piven, Slash, Ice Cube, Eddie Izzard, Martin Lawrence, and Blue Man Group.
